INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The mid-term investment strategy of GENESIS guarantees gradual and economical development of the project for the three-year period 2018-2020.

The strategy provides the company’s main direction of development, forms and methods to achieve the announced mid-term goals. The project development plan for the period after 2020 is included in the long-term development strategy.

GENESIS’s medium-term development strategy is based on the determination of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a key indicator of financial, economic and market (marketing) corporate activities.

This is an aggregate indicator that characterizes the value of project assets and the number of project participants who have a GES token compared to other projects with comparable parameters. The number of project participants is a more important indicator for the determination and prediction of GES tokens liquidity when traded on cryptocurrency exchanges.

This indicator also characterizes the development of the company and its competitive advantage in the market. At the same time, this reflects the credibility of the project and shows its development prospects.
PROJECT FINANCIAL STABILITY
The financial stability indicator reflects the project’s own capital ratio to loan capital. The lower the indicator value, the more financially stable the project is.

For example, the financial stability indicator with a value of 0.5 is considered very good in the rating of the world’s top banks.

This indicator shows the level of financial stability and attractive investment projects. Project security for investors in terms of guaranteeing corporate liabilities with real assets and finances.
ROE – RETURN ON EQUITY
ROE is a coefficient that indicates to investors that the profitability of their investment activity, the profit from the assets invested in the project. This indicator shows the gain or loss of investment in the project. This indicator shows the financial and revenue opportunities planned from participation in GENESIS.

It is a complex indicator that combines the direct income of investors from the use of commercial real estate (lease payments), income received from external special projects, and additional indirect income from growth in the value of the real estate market.

ROE indicators do NOT include changes in the GES tokens market price of the current price growth or increase the market value of the investment portfolio of investors. The increasing market value of investment portfolio is an additional income of investors.

The distribution of the GES tokens will be done in several stages, in accordance with the project development investment strategy. Up to full distribution of all tokens issued among investors, all un-distributed tokens (tokens, not purchased during ITO) will be placed in the reserve.
